1 tl sokeria
0,5 tl suolaa
1 dl rypsiöljyä
kourallinen tuoretta lehtipersiljaa hienonnettuna
Sekoita sinappi, valkoviinietikka, sokeri ja suola keskenään huolellisesti. Kaada rypsiöljy kastikepohjaan ohuena nauhana koko ajan sekoittaen. Viimeistele kastike hienonnetulla tuoreella persiljalla, ja sekoita kertaalleen. Tarkista kastikkeen maku ja lisää tarvittaessa mausteita.
Tarjoile grillatun, graavatun, savustetun tai uunikalan ja perunoiden kanssa.
